Meet Our Team
Shervin Talieh
Chief Executive Officer
The CEO and Co-founder of Drumbi. Shervin has nearly 15 years of experience in various executive roles at management consulting and technology startup companies; most recently as VP of Business Development & Operations at Golden Eye, a SaaS ERP company focused on Dealership-based businesses. Previously, Shervin was a Partner at Accenture, where he led their Products Operating Group in Los Angeles. He is also a self-proclaimed walking SoundHound, and Ex- vinyl scratcher.
Farsheed Atef
Chief Technology Officer
The CTO and Co-founder of Drumbi. Farsheed founded several technology-based companies, such as DNA Micro Inc., a technology consulting firm, and Global Identity Bank. As a patent holder and contributor to the Open Source Community, Farsheed is an advocate for the enhancement of Internet-based communications using telephony systems. He is also identified as a closet pilot, and a gummy bear lover.
Keyvan Raoufi
Product Manager
Product Manager and Co-Founder of Drumbi. Keyvan has over 9 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and consumer research. With his passion for understanding user behavior, Keyvan leads all aspects of product development. Prior to Drumbi, Keyvan helped drive marketing and advertising initiatives for companies such as Verizon Wireless, Kawasaki Motors, and Mission Hospital. Keyvan is currently working towards a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. Despite his continual dedication to his career path, he still prides himself in being a family man who takes long “lunches” (aka walks on the beach) with his wife.
Eddy Kim
Lead Developer
Lead Developer of Drumbi. Eddy has over 6 years working in development, customer support, and information technology. Prior to Drumbi, Eddy has worked as support engineer and application developer for Interactive Intelligence and as an IT/developer consultant to various small businesses and non-profit organizations. Eddy has a passion tackling social issues such as poverty, education, etc. through technology and programming. He enjoys his reign as ping pong champion of the office and enjoys eating kimchee fried rice.

Hiten Shah
Advisor
Hiten started on the Internet by founding an Internet marketing consultancy, ACS. He then went on to create Crazy Egg, an analytics tool that visualizes the user experience on a website. Now with KISSmetrics, he is building a data driven solution to help online businesses make better business decisions. Hiten is very passionate about helping other entrepreneurs and startup people.
K. V. Rao
Advisor
K. V.’s experience spans across diverse technology companies in senior marketing, business development, and product strategy roles. Most recently, K. V. transitioned his leadership responsibilities from Zuora, a company he founded four years ago that is the leader in billing and subscription management for subscription-based businesses. He has earned a doctorate in engineering from Iowa State University and a master’s degree from the University of Missouri – Rolla.
Josh Becker
Advisor
Josh has a long history as a business entrepreneur and a social entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and General Partner of New Cycle Capital, an early stage venture capital firm working with entrepreneurs who want to change the world. New Cycle’s investments include OPower, Renewable Funding, PeoplePower, GoalSpring, Saber es Poder, and Terrapass. Josh is a National leader in clean energy policy as well as clean energy investing. He is a co-founder of both Cleantech for Obama and the Clean Economy Network. He holds a MBA and JD from Stanford and serves on the Advisory Board for the Stanford Business School Fund.
Amir Banifatemi
Advisor
Amir’s career is diverse and extensive ranging from founding the k5launch incubator, to holding the position of President and board member of the Tech Coast Angels. He specializes in product strategizing, but he’s also a highly successful entrepreneur and investor. Amir is respected by startups in the Orange County and Greater Los Angeles area, where he continues to invest his time as a mentor and advisor for early stage startups.

We strongly advocate the continual effort to spread entrepreneurship to those who want it most. From organizing meetup groups to empowering local non-profits and college campuses; the goal to give back to the community is of the utmost importance to us and we’re going to keep it that way.
